Kushult Ideation
Many, if not all organizations are adopting Agile frameworks. The ambition is to increase revenue, and at the same time be more relevant to customers. Unfortunately, very few organizations are able to leverage the benefits outside the IT department.
Agile frameworks have been around for decades. They have been implemented, provided success or failed in delivering primarily software all around the world. We now know a lot and learnt a lot, opening up for expansion to all areas of life. IT departments have used it for years but traditional expectations are hard to break and takes time. As Agile way of working now expands to other groups of people and professions, they need guidance not to fall in the same traps as IT did and sometimes still do. Additionally, the technical advancements made over time gives opportunities to interact in new ways with customers. It certainly open up for new financial models and revenue streams.
Based on the pillars below we will use our extensive network and vast experience to give you feedback on topics of your choice. Deliverables can be reports, articles or direct mentoring when it is feasable.
CULTURE AND BEHAVIOR
It is not enough to adopt an Agile framework with terminology. To really be successful repeatably, you need to change the mindset of people and affect how they behave.
Positive change behavior is fueled by empowered people that feel secure in their postions, trusted to make the right decisions.
INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT
Culture and behavior need to be supported by the right infrastructure. Using the right technology enables people to be more proactive and creative. Everyone want to excel in their context!
GOVERNANCE AND TRUST
Great ideas are essential, but they need to fulfil a need both in time and function. Collaboration is required to understand when and how much change can be absorbed by the intended audience. The right behavior and actions need to be rewarded and visualized by governance systems providing the right feedback.
